Product Capacity:

Yarn:

Krishna Tex is supplied directly from the market’s spinning mills to guarantee its good quality. Strict quality control measures are maintained for the yarn. Modern testing equipment is used to ensure that the threads of manufacturers comply with international standards.

Tincture:

KrishnaTex has its dyeing cabinet at Pallipalayam in Erode, which has the dyeing capacity infrastructure from a minimum of 40 Kgs Lots to a maximum of 200 Kgs Lots. Both the Hank and the Chess Dyeing are carried out in our cabinet by hand. The total production of the units is 750 packages per day. Our company also has processing mill facilities, which include the Infrastructure of 28 Jiggers, Mercerised Finishing, Calendering, Starch Finishing, Fabric Bleaching, and Fabric Dyeing. We offer the finishes mentioned above from sizes 40″ up to 110″. We have 15 dyeing machines and also manual dyeing machines with good colour fastness. colours with Lab Reports.

Weaving:

We produce cotton products both in Hand looms and in Electric looms. Fabric width that goes from 40″ (101 cm) to 110″ (279 cm). Our machinery currently consists of 500 Hand Looms and 250 Electric Looms. Our machinery quality of weaving is Rutici, Rapiers and Air Jet Looms. Our one-month production capacity is about 2,000,000 meters.

Fabric Check:

Our strengths in production are high quality, on-time delivery, flexibility and quick response to customer orders. The fabrics and products are checked by qualified verifiers and a quality control table of quality. Our high standard of quality of fabrics and garments is guaranteed through our perfect verification system.

Sewing:

Our products are made in the manufacturing unit equipped with electric machines and manual finishes. The materials used for manufacturing are guaranteed to ensure the useful life of the products and are checked by our quality department.

Packaging:

We take great care of the packaging of our products since we believe that it is an additional value product perceived by the consumer. A unit of our company carries out this homework. Packing is done according to customers’ specifications, such as covered inserts, hangers, plastic bags, PVC, PP, cotton or any request for our customers.
